US Post Office: 1-5 items: $12.00 flat rate - $2.00 each additional item. For e-check orders, please note that it can take up to 7 working days for it to be processed. For American-made products, please allow between 8 to 10 working days for the delivery of your purchase, from the day it was shipped. We ship our products fresh daily Monday through Friday. To insure you receive only the freshest product, we order your tobacco products on the day your order is placed. We do not keep tobacco products in stock; we receive them from our distributor on the next business day and ship them to you within 2 days of delivery to us. Orders placed on weekends will be delayed. For European-made products, please allow between 10 to 21 working days for the delivery of your purchase from the day it was shipped, since they are being shipped from Europe via economy airmail. For European-made products, each carton ordered is sent in its own package to ensure that the restrictions that apply to weight and value for duty free products is not surpassed and that you will not be required to pay Duty Tax on your cigarettes. Although every carton is packaged separately, they are shipped to you on the same day. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive all cartons that you have ordered at once. It can take up to 10 days after the first carton is received to receive a full order of more than one carton. We cannot ship tobacco products outside the Continental United States. Any product that is returned for exchange or refund MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Products returned after that date will not be refunded or replaced. We can only accept FULL CARTONS or BOXES for a refund. If the product is incorrect, please do not open the carton. Occasionally errors occur in filling orders, or product may have been damaged in transit. If the wrong product was shipped due to an error in our shipping department, please return the package, we will refund your cost of return postage. |
